RSB STIX builds individual development plans for every player, with a coaching staff that connects players to college coaches and pro scouts throughout the region. Rosters are built by position and pitching need rather than a set roster size, and pitcher workloads follow Pitch Smart guidelines. Teams compete in summer tournaments from June through early August and fall events from late August through mid-October.
